Born 1948 Stockholm

Education:  Royal academy of fine arts, Valand in Gothenburg, 1972-75. Royal academy of fine arts, Stockholm 1975-77.

As an artist,  i have used different materials, but i have always returned to glass.

Soft, bendable, heavy, after cooling it transforms into something else, hard and glassy. Fragile yet strong enough to carry a house. I work with scissors and pencil, collage on the glass object turns into three dimensional stories and playful patterns.

I want to cross genres:  utility goods, painting, adornments, work of art and so on.

I have carried out several public art projects, using diffrent techniques like screenprinted laminated glass and casted glass.

I have also worked  with screenprinted decorative glass and received grants to develop the screenprint technique.
